We have successfully processed your secure payment via Setmore. To protect the sanctity of our therapeutic containers and ensure the total safety of our mobile practitioners, your appointment is currently held as Pending while we finalize our standard security onboarding.

Please complete the two mandatory steps below to confirm your session slot and ensure a seamless outcall experience.

🛑 STEP 1: Complete Your Digital Identity Verification

Because our practitioners travel alone to private residences and hotel suites across London, all clients must verify their identity before a practitioner can be deployed.

Check Your Phone: We have just sent a secure, encrypted link via SMS to the mobile number you provided during checkout.

What You Need: Click the link on your smartphone and upload a clear photo of your government-issued ID (Passport or UK Driving Licence).

Data Privacy: Your identification data is processed using military grade encryption and is used strictly for safety compliance. It is never stored permanently or shared with third parties.

⚠️ Important Note: Your booking slot will automatically release if the digital ID check is not completed within 3 hours of your payment. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe, professional environment for both our clients and our team.

🛋️ STEP 2: Prepare Your Space for the Outcall

To maximize the somatic benefits of your Standard, Extended, or Introductory Cuddle Session, please ensure your private space is ready prior to your practitioner's arrival time:

Comfort & Cleanliness: Ensure the room (living room, bedroom, or hotel suite) is clean, private, and at a comfortable temperature.

Attire Check: Please be dressed in comfortable, fully covering loungear (such as clean sweatpants, joggers, hoodies, or cotton t-shirts). Revealing clothing or underwear only is strictly prohibited under our platonic boundary terms.

Minimize Distractions: Turn off televisions, mute work laptops, and place your mobile phone on "Do Not Disturb" to allow your mind to fully settle into the session container.

⏳ What Happens Next?

Verification Approval: Our team will review your digital ID submission (typically approved within 30–60 minutes).

Confirmation Email: Once approved, your Setmore status shifts to Confirmed, and you will receive a final confirmation email containing your practitioner’s name and arrival window.

Arrival Day: Your practitioner will text you when they are 15 minutes away from your location. They will enter your space, guide you through your initial verbal consent consultation and begin your session.
