1. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
- If you experience significant dissatisfaction due to service quality or other issues directly related to our service, you may be eligible for a refund or credit.
- Requests for refunds must be made within 48 hours of the scheduled session.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or sessions canceled after the session has begun.
- Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences or boundary issues discussed prior to the session.
3. How to Request a Refund
- To request a refund or discuss concerns, contact us at refunds@blissence.co.uk with your booking details and the reason for your request.
- We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Refunds are issued only for the session fee; any additional charges or fees are non-refundable.
5. Cancellations by Blissence
- In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at their convenience.
