Welcome to our website. This platform and its booking infrastructure are owned and operated by our agency. By browsing this website, scheduling an appointment, purchasing session packages, or interacting with our mobile touch practitioners, you (the "Client") explicitly agree to comply with and be legally bound by the following Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or book our services.

1. Professional Scope & Strict Platonic Boundaries

• A Somatic Wellness Modality: All services hosted on this platform, including our Introductory, Standard and Extended Cuddle Sessions, are non medical, holistic wellness treatments centered around consensual, platonic touch. They are designed exclusively for stress reduction, nervous system regulation and emotional co regulation.

• Strictly Fully Clothed: Both the Client and the independent practitioner must remain fully clothed at all times for the entire duration of the outcall. Appropriate clothing includes clean, non revealing loungewear (e.g., T-shirts, sweatpants, hoodies). Underwear, swimwear, or revealing garments are strictly prohibited.

• Zero Tolerance Safety Protocol: Physical touch is strictly limited to safe, platonic, non sexual boundaries. Any verbal request, physical movement, or behavior that shifts toward a romantic, suggestive, or sexual nature will be treated as an immediate breach of contract.

• Instant Session Termination: In the event of a boundary breach, the practitioner is contractually authorized to immediately break physical contact and exit the Client's premises. The session will be permanently terminated, the Client will be permanently banned from the platform and 100% of the booking fee will be strictly forfeited. No refunds will be issued.

2. Mandatory First Time Identity Vetting

• Practitioner Safety First: Because our professional practitioners operate on a mobile outcall basis and travel alone to private residences across London, we enforce an iron clad vetting process.

• Conditional Booking Status: All first time bookings made via our platform are considered "Pending" until the Client successfully completes a secure, third party digital identity verification check sent via text or email immediately post checkout.

• Right of Cancellation: To confirm a slot, the Client must upload a valid, government issued photo ID matching the name on the payment card. If a Client fails to complete this check or refuses to comply, the booking will be cancelled, and a refund will be issued minus an administrative card processing fee.

3. Payments, Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Upfront Payments: To guarantee a practitioner’s time and cover transit scheduling across London TfL zones, full payment is securely captured via our payment gateway at the moment of booking.

• The 24 Hour Rule: Clients may reschedule or modify an appointment online through our portal up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.

• Late Cancellations: Any cancellation, text modification, or rescheduling request made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment start time will result in the full session fee being completely forfeited. This ensures our team are fairly compensated for blocking out their schedules and travel windows.

4. Multi Session Package Policies

• 6 Month Expiry Window: All 10 Session Cuddle Therapy Packages must be fully redeemed within six calendar months from the initial date of purchase. Any unused sessions remaining after this 6 month period will automatically expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

• Non Transferable Account Status: Packages are securely locked to the verified Client’s profile and identity. They cannot be shared with, transferred to, or split with friends, family members, or colleagues.

• Package Deductions for Late Cancellations: If a package holder cancels a reserved date/time slot with less than 24 hours' notice, that specific session will be automatically deducted from their remaining package balance.

5. London Outcall Logistics & Surrounding Zones

• Base Pricing: Base session rates apply strictly to outcalls located within London TfL Zones 1, 2 and 3.

• Outer London Travel Fees: Bookings located in Zones 4–5 are subject to a mandatory +£15 travel allocation, and bookings in Zones 6+ are subject to a +£25 travel allocation. Clients must select the correct zone specific menu item at checkout. If an incorrect zone is selected, the booking will be held until the travel balance is paid.

• Environment Standard: The Client must provide a clean, private, safe, completely smoke free, and comfortable environment (private home, flat, or booked hotel suite) for the somatic treatment to take place.

6. Independent Contractor Disclaimer & Non Solicitation

• Agency Framework: Our platform serves as an introductory scheduling agency. The practitioners operating on this platform are independent, self-employed contractors, not employees of the business.

• Direct Booking Prohibition: Clients are strictly prohibited from soliciting private, off platform, or cash based sessions directly with any practitioner introduced to them through our network. Poaching or arranging private bookings bypasses our mandatory safety tracking and specialist liability insurance coverage. Any attempt to do so will result in an immediate, permanent ban from our platform for both the Client and the practitioner, and may trigger legal action for tortious interference.

7. Medical Disclaimer

Touch therapy is a holistic wellness and relaxation tool. Our practitioners are not medical doctors, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, or licensed mental health counselors. Our treatments are not a substitute for professional mental health care, psychiatric evaluation, or clinical medical treatment. If you are experiencing severe psychological distress, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service, your use of this website, and any booking agreements made through our platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
